Not for me
Does not work as well as other acetaminophen products like Tylenol. I suffer with chronic headaches and migraines this does nothing to relieve my pain.

Okay if you can get the cover off!
It is (I hope) regular (unadulterated, I hope!) Acetaminophin and far cheaper than Tylenol, without the nasty red dye Tylenol uses to print their name on their pills. I use a pill splitter so that I only take 250 mg. at a time. And it works the way it should, so there’s that.Try opening the cover, though! I was in bed, sleepy, in bad pain, and needing to take one, but all I had was a new bottle. I have carpal tunnel, and my hands remained numb for 24 hours afterward in my attempts to line up the arrows and remove the cover. I had to get out of bed and pull out tools!It was really like something you’d see in a sitcom–think “The Larry David Show”–except that I was sick and exhausted, so perhaps we should substitute nightmare for sitcom. I tried over and over to get the darned cover off with pliers. No go. Then I tried lining up the arrows and prying the lid off with a screwdriver. No go. Finally I got it off using both the pliers and screwdrivers and immense force…and THEN there was a daunting inner seal. I had to use tools to remove the inner seal, which I could not pull off with my fingers in any imaginable world. This took many minutes, and it was not easy to go back to sleep afterwards. Be prepared!

Great product
This is the only acetaminophen brand my body tolerates. Even clear liquid Tylenol makes me faint. This one is super gentle but still effective. Definitely a keeper.

Helped with my Johnson Vaccine
I took the Johnson Vaccine, on the 1st day I felt nothing. 2nd day I came down with a fever. 3rd day I still wasn’t feeling good.This took the headache and the pain away. It is also more healthier alternative to Tylenols. I highly recommend this.
