These are just the same as any other brand (including name brand) that is out there. The ingredients are the exact same and they’re 1/4 the price. They will not work any better or any worse than a replica of any brand, but you will for sure save some coin. I will never go back – these are a great purchase.

Works just as good as name brands and much cheaper
Works the same as DayQuil and much cheaper. DayQuil is my go-to, but they are overpriced right now. Amazon’s brand has the same ingredients and works just as effective. It also arrived the same day which I really appreciated since I felt horrible and didn’t feel like going to the store or waiting. I’ll order this again when I run out.

A great Amazon Basic product
This package of 48 soft gels relieved flu symptoms I had during my busy work day. With a low grade temperature, some nasal congestion & a cough, I felt relief taking 2 every 4 hours. ••With the maximum of 4 doses in a 24 hour period. The gels are easy to swallow with no flavor. This brand is just as good as the expensive brand name version which serves this purpose. An unbeatable price. Expiration date is one year out-January 2023. I definitely recommend!

Dose packaging needs improvement
The drug itself works great, but pretty big, so some older folks and kids may have difficulty swallowing.The individual dose packaging is impossible to open without scissors, esp when you’re really sick and without strength. Even when cut halfway with scissors or a knife, the plastic doesn’t tear and still difficult to open. Once you do manage to rip through the plastic, the amount of strength required pops the slippery capsules out and flying across the room. Someone with bad arthritis will not be able to open this without help. Please get rid the plastic shell or use thinner plastic/paper pouches for packaging.

Confusing to open without scissors: need to fold and press blisters
These work fine and are good value. But like others are saying, they’re impossible to open without scissors. I’ll pay more for a different brand next time if it gets me out of fumbling with sharp blades when I’m sick and fuzzy-brained.=============UPDATE==============Update: I’ve figured out how to open these without scissors now that I’m less woozy. If you fold the blisters in half so that the pills face inwards and the paper backing faces outwards and then press down, the blisters will start splitting open near where the notches are. It’s easy to pull the backing fully off from there. I’m still not giving this 5 stars since there really should have been better instructions.

Great price, HARD to open!
These are a great price for cold meds- same size and shape as the name brand. But the pill packages are VERY hard to open!!! I am an average 28 yr old woman and I must cut them to get it started, then work at it for a bit to rip the plastic open. Don’t bother trying to remove the paper/foil off the back, there’s no tab to start it.

I Have Severe Allergies

These are great for anyone who struggles with swallowing and digesting caplets with enteric coating. Having an ostomy limits digesting some pills and 12 hour pills do not work but softgels has been the answer for me.

Price is right. Drug is effective.
These kept me alive and well, suppressing my COVID 19 symptoms well enough that I was able to continue my work-from-home IT job while recovering from the illness. Fever was kept at bay, and the aches and pains were minimized.Amazon asks about warmth; I decline to comment; it’s hard to qualify warm when you’re running a fever.They also ask about flavor; if you’re tasting the capsule, you had a milder case of COVID than I did. Again, I cannot comment.For the record: these pills are also not sheer. But they’re quite effective, and Amazon was able to get them to me when I couldn’t go out to get them myself. Thanks Amazon!
