It’s the best
I love this ointment. It definitely works. I had a double mastectomy and the area where the drains were, wasn’t healing well. I began using this and it helped the healing process. It also soothes the area. I am still using it because I am now wearing a very heavy bra and it can cause irritation. As soon as I put on the ointment the stinging pain goes away and I can sleep comfortably at night.

Okay….about said it all in the headline. It’s as effective as any other brand of triple antibiotic ointment that I have ever used. The two ounce size is what drew me to make this purchase and I really do like not having to buy so many tubes to keep this staple on hand…less waste to deal with in our environment in the long run.

Product Expires Less Than a Year After Purchase
This is perfectly good triple-antibiotic cream, similar to what we used when I was a military paramedic and first-responder. The 2 oz tube is twice as large as the ubiquitous “normal” (1 oz) tube found in most medicine cabinets, so buying the larger size for almost the same price seemed like a good deal. Except . . . come to find out this antibiotic cream expires in April 2025, 11 months after bought it. Unless I adopt my mother’s approach to expiration dates (“Those are just recommendations”), most of it will end up in the trash. So much for saving money by buying the larger size! Thanks, Amazon. Considering that I only paid a little over $3, it’s not worth returning.

Works wonders
I get bad open dry cracks on my heels and sometimes fingers. I put this on and cover with a bandaid. In two days it’s totally healed. Sometimes I use before my heels get too bad and I just put socks on. I would definitely recommend.

Product great, packaging is not
So I really like the actual product, having it in a 2oz tube is great, it’s not hard/thick like some generic triple antibiotic ointments and it spreads nicely. However – the tube is not foil sealed or sealed in any way – I find that odd! Due to this, it is easily crushed and damaged/opens during shipping. (It doesn’t help that the packers give zero consideration to what else is in the box.) seriously they packed my antibiotic ointment in a box with a heavy box containing 12 atkins shakes – doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that would be crushed and a gross mess upon opening. The worst part is that it isn’t returnable so you have to go through chatbot he** for a few rounds to get to an actual person. The agent was nice enough and ended up refunding me (I asked for a replacement but was told no) but required pictures of the damaged product and gross box etc which is fine I get preventing fraud but the whole process took like 15 min which is a waste of time.To sum it up, product is good but order it alone or at least with only other light weight objects.

I know this is a stupid review but I thought i’d advise that this ointment is a little looser than say neosporine. It comes out the tube and spreads on the skin easier. I like that very much and thought i’d share.
