Just as good as Excedrin
I get wicked migraines! I normally get Excedrin but had a migraine so bad I couldn’t drive so I went to Amazon to find something. This popped up that I could get the same day so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did! Not only did it knock out the migraine, but it did it fast!

It helps
I started suffering migraines. Normal pain killer do not work. Instead my migraines get worse regardless if I take regular pain pills or not. However, this pain killer helps get rid of them.

Taking these preventatively when I feel the first signs of aura have almost completely knocked out (or at least greatly muffled) my migraines. The only thing that sucks is if I have them late at night, the caffeine can keep me up…but that’s better than a headache.

Had a migraine start up took the dosage and headache was a lot better
I don’t have migraines very often but after I had a bad one I decided to purchase these. When I had a migraine start up I took them and they made it a lot easier to get through my day. Works a lot better than just regular acetaminophen.

These work!
This is the best product I have found over my entire lifetime for migraine headaches which I have been getting since I was about 15. I don’t know why I can take the ingredients separately and they don’t work as well as this capsule.

I can only take one for a headache because too much caffeine in two….but one was enough.I dont suffer from migraines so I’m not sure if it helps that kind of headache.Will continue to purchase these.Good price for relief of a headache.

Amazon Basic Care Migraine Relief Caplets help relieve my migraines. I take RX migraine medication when I have a strong migraine that comes on sudden. These work when I feel I have a migraine coming on. These are small & easy to swallow. The subscribe & save price for me puts them at 7 cents a caplet~a great price!A downside to this purchase which represents my 3 star. I received these at the end of November 2022. The expiration date for 200 caplets is May 2023. Most OTC medications have a shelf life going out over 1 year to 1-1/2 years or longer. I’ll never use 200 caplets before May. This is unfortunate. This will sway me from purchasing again.

Works like a charm! I have some pretty gruesome migraines that are stubborn as!!!Gave this a try and wha-la! Migraine gone-the WHOLE day!But beware!!! This product has both Ancetaminophen AND Aspirin. If you are allergic to NSAID medications (Advil, Ibprofane, Motrin, Aleve or Aspirin) do not take this! I found that out the hard way and had to go to the ER….At least I was migraine free when I went. (Haha)Anyway-If you’re NOT allergic to those then I think this is a great product-thus the 5-stars!Side note* I don’t drink coffee, but this also has the equivalent caffeine as a cup of coffee. Had the shakes all day too. Probably should have eaten some food early on when I took the medication. Anywho-lessons learnt today! Blessings!

I cannot tell you the difference between this Migraine relief medication and the name brand. But, I can say it’s effective and the price is better than some name brand OTC medications. I had some FSA money I needed to use up and I was able to use this purchase towards it.

Pain Relief
The mix of acetaminophen, aspirin & caffeine is helpful with headaches and other painful problems when properly used. This should be kept on the home’s medical shelf along with wild lettuce and arnica. All of these diminish pain by different mechanisms (see WebMD). Always be careful to follow instructions on each package. Good value, works okay
Excedrin migraine is pulled off shelves fairly often for various reasons so I had to find a substitute. Chronic migraines for decades. These work okay but not quite as well as Excedrin. I’ll keep using them because of price and availability. They are available on auto delivery.

Excellent Excedrin replacement!
Excedrin has been my go-to for headache relief for decades, so I was distraught when I needed to replenish my supply and discovered it was no longer being manufactured. Tylenol does absolutely nothing for me, so I was elated to discover this alternative on Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised to find Amazon Basic’s formula worked in the same way as my beloved Excedrin, so I am hoping it continues to be made for a long while. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who is fond of Excedrin or who has headaches/body aches and needs quick relief. This works. Highly recommend.

Basically the same as exedrin
I ordered this because I wasn’t able to get from the pharmacy. I tend to get a lot of headaches sometimes migraines. It was a bit cheaper so I decided to try it and it is the same thing so I’m glad I was able to save some money with the same kind of relief.

Highly recommended
If taken at the onset of a migraine this works wonders. I have taken other otc meds like excedrin that didn’t work at all and was skeptical when a friend recommended this to me. I was so surprised that it works and I am so glad that it does. I have chronic migraines and it is nice to find something that gives me relief without the drowsiness.

I have always bought the brand name Excedrin. Since these are rated really good and they are much cheaper I decided to give it a try. Well, these work just as good as the name brand but the pills are much bigger than the name brand. For people who doesn’t like swallowing big pills, you might want to reconsider. I know I will.

Pretty close to Excedrin Migrane
Has exact same ingredients and quanity of materials as name brand Excedrin. It’s just like 60% cheaper than Excedrin. It’s all we buy now, when we’re substituting name brand for generic. Buy it, you won’t notice the difference, except the color is different.

Poor substitute for Excedrin Migraine
While I prefer to purchase store brand over name brand, this is one item for which I will forgo that privilege. I have found that this product takes far too long to work even nominally on migraine pain and causes stomach discomfort out of proportion to its being an OTC a medicine and not a prescription medication of some potency containing an opioid.

Good local migraine pain reliever
I suffer with debilitating migraines. My doctor will only give me so many pills per month. When I’m out I use 2 of these with 2 Advil and a strong cup of coffee. I swear it works. Takes a while but my migraine slowly dissipates.
