Effective – read label 4 dosage & contraindications
I only had to use half a pill for effects to work. And even then, I would wake up with mild muscle fatigue and grogginess. I recommend starting with half a pill and taking the other half if effects don’t kick in. And with all medications, make sure to read the label for recommended dosage and contraindications.

Works but 1/2 is enough for me.
I used to fall asleep within minutes after going to bed at night. About a year ago I started waking up after an hour and often would lie awake for several hours. (I was too tired to get up and read as many advise.) A whole Sleep Aid tablet is too strong for me, however. I felt “hung over” in the morning. One half (1/2) taken an hour before bedtime is perfect. The tablets have a groove in the middle and are easily cut with a pill cutter.

Worked well for me
I am very impressed with the Amazon Basic Care Nighttime Sleep Aid Tablets with Doxylamine Succinate. I took one pill last night 30 minutes before my normal bedtime, as directed, and it worked. About twenty minutes later, while I was reading, I became drowsy. So I turned off the lights and was asleep in minutes. I have had trouble getting to sleep for a long time, so this was a great find on Amazon. My doctor had suggested it. I am quite pleased with the Amazon Basic Care items, and highly recommend.
