These are regular pills not rapid release liquid Gels. Sure good price but I wouldn’t of gotten them if I’d of know they weren’t rapid release.

Acetaminophen doesn’t usually help me much. I can’t take NSAIDs anymore, so I got these. It’s extra-strength & it starts to work in about 20 minutes. Low cost & effective.

Decent product…don’t understand the red color.
I was looking for acetaminophen caplets in the 500 mg dose. We have purchased acetaminophen from Amazon several times before. We prefer the white caplets, but for some reason this time, we were having trouble finding them at a decent price. I went with these since I figured they were the same as the ones we have purchased prior, but just red. That pretty much seems to be the case. My only issue is that when I take these out of the bottle, if my hands are even the slightest bit damp, I end up with red stains on my skin. Honestly, I just don’t get the “red” thing. Maybe just a personal preference, but why put dye on something when it is unnecessary? Next time, I will pay a couple of dollars more for the white caplets. I realize that this is personal preference to a degree, but wanted to put my opinion out there…

They work but they dye your hands red
I’m not sure what went wrong on the process of making these, but while they help with the pain relief they leave red marks behind and are harder to swallow than other acetaminophen pills. I hope they can be improved as in general I really like the Amazon basics products line.

Nice bargain
I take one of these plus one time release tylenol every morning before getting out of bed for various painful areas in my 71 year old arthritic body.I’ve used opiates for chronic and episodic pain. But I feel tylenol is a better option for me. There’s no tolerance or grogginess. It’s safer. It works. And it provides pretty good relief.I also use topical diclofenac for some of my most troublesome pain areas. Between that and tylenol and a very occasional ibuprofen, I’m pretty comfortable.

Generic Tylenol
What can I say, it’s generic Tylenol. I rapidly approaching 60 and aches and pains pop up out of nowhere. These do the trick and help me keep on keeping on. Pill are easy to swallow. The red coating on the outside is pretty slick. I dry swallow these all the time. No drawbacks that I can think of.

These work ok, name brand tylenol work faster and better imo. Huge bottle, very reasonably price.I don’t like the red dye. It does make it easy to know what these are when almost every rx and supplement i have is white or peach.I take rx ibuprofen and 1 or 2 tylenol or these with it for arthritis in my hip and tmj pain . Dr said ibuprofen for inflammation, tylenol for pain. Now you can buy the combination. Cheaper this way.

Holy 💩! Great price!! AND it works!
I’m not buying from Walmart anymore! This is a lot less in price and it’s not fast acting extra fast release etc but I will tell you it works!! I have a neck and back injury that turns into very bad headaches on many days and must take something for it every day. Most things don’t help at all so I have to get the ice pack and that is like being in hell for a few minutes if you know what I mean! This does work! Great product for a great price! Oh Thank You Amazon for a great product with the BEST price!

Does exactly what it is supposed to
As always with acetaminophen, be careful and don’t accidentally overdose! These are 500mg. Acetaminophen is in *everything*. For an adult based on your weight, do not exceed 2500-3000mg total, over the span of *24* hours. That equated to, if you are sleeping, a maximum of 4 per *day*, and if you are taking any other medication check the label, you might need to reduce to 3 or 2 per day, maximum. This is no joke and no laughing matter, Tylenol in large doses is toxic enough that it is unlikely it would pass muster as an OTC drug today. Anyway, with that out of the way…Great product, great price, will buy again.

Not as good as real Tylenol
Having been a trucker for over 50 years I have seen, and hauled, hundreds of different products .Several years ago I picked up a load of acetaminophen that came from China. I delivered that to a large company that makes generic drugs.A month or so later there was a recall on their acetaminophen due to metal contamination.Considering the source of the generic ingredients I now choose to trust only real Tylenol products.I bought this generic brand simply because I was trying to save some money… these pills just don’t have the same pain relief that the genuine stuff has…sorry Amazon.

Check the expiry date!!
I received this item only to notice a few weeks later that it expires in ten months! Most of these tablets will be wasted as a result.Today is September 15, 2024Expires June 2025.I bought this to “stock up”, no way I will need this many in such a short time.Usually, you buy meds otc and you get a couple of years before they expire.

It’s Tylenol woo hoo!
A giant size bottle of Tylenol. This stuff is just a good placebo unless I take higher dosages. I have to take 4-6 of these before they do any good so the giant bottle is great. I don’t use them every day, but when muscle aches hit, it can help. These are also rapid acting and dissolve nicely. No need for the name brand expensive variety, this is exactly the same.
