Tastes awful but works okay
I make mine with an electric kettle and I mix it with the super orange emergenC which makes it taste way better. Unfortunately this brand isn’t very good tasting unlike wal-flu or theraflu which are plain lemon flavored, this has tea in it which if you’re like me, and a coffee drinker who hates tea, you’ll find the flavor repulsive. It does it’s job so for that it gets 4 stars. I still feel like theraflu makes me sleep better but the Tylenol is about the same. It doesn’t have a thick or gooopy texture thankfully and it goes down like hot water (that tastes like grass) if you like tea this brand is for you if you suffer seasonal hay fever like I do, this or any other fizzy drink will work. But the other brands in plain lemon taste much much better. If you don’t like the taste it makes it hard to choke something down, so keep that in mind. This also has an odor about it that smells rather urine-like. I know that’s the tea in it but if you leave a half drank mug out keep in mind it’ll smell like someones cat just peed on the floor. Quite a foul odor honestly.Taste: 2/5 its pretty awful, bad after taste tooSmell: 1/5 smells like cat urineEffect: 3.5/5 (mainly good for the tylenol)Fizz factor: 4/5 minor and settles in a few secondsCompared to leading brand inPrice: 3/5 theraflu costs more but isn’t disgusting tastingEffectiveness: 3.5/5 about the same minus the “night” dose doesn’t work as well as theraflu

I only use musinex brand, and this arrived to save the day. Product arrived well packaged and quickly.I ordered cough syrup rather than tablets for “reasons” but unfortunately it made me sick. The tablets don’t. I think this is a “me” thing, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Acetaminophen
I wish they still used aspirin instead of acetaminophen. The taste is awful but it works. I am now using raspberry lemonade to mask the taste.
