I’ll Stick With the Name Brands.
First of all it was incredibly difficult to get the push and turn cap off. My wrist still hurts. The taste is disgusting reminds me of the smell of varnish. Considering I have had a cold for a week I was so looking forward to this with all the positive reviews. Raspberry and Menthol don’t mix well. Pick one and stick with it. I hope this first dose helps, I don’t think I can do it again. 🤢

Why is robistussin so pricey….?? This one is less than half the price, and seems to have almost the same ingredients with the same effect. The taste is not as nice, but thats really not a big deal.

Just ok
The flavor is ok. I’ve definitely had worse. But it doesn’t seem to be doing as well as some of the other cough syrups I’ve used. I usually go for the store brand Tussin, but I can’t get to the store at the moment and this was the only way to get more cough medicing without it costing a ton. I always get a cough when I get sick (probably because of my asthma), so I’ve tried a lot of different kinds and brands. The Kroger Tussin DM seems to work the best for me lately, but this will do in a pinch. I’m just not expecting the same results.

This product tastes great, great value and was able to get quickly. Most pharmacies locally don’t even have a stock of any cough medicines and I was able to get this within 2 days of ordering for such a great price. One of the very few I am able to take while on blood pressure meds.

Slept better
Great for drainage due to allergies I use to cough every night and early morning. I started taking a teaspoon just before bed and it eliminates that. Slept much better. Getting past the taste is the rough part. But it was such a relief it was worth it!

Double dose and food coloring
Unfortunately, I think there are better options out there. I thought the bottle was larger so it would be a better value but it has a 20ml dose instead of a 10ml dose. Also, the syrup is BRIGHT RED and has a ton of food coloring in it. Not sure why that’s necessary for cough syrup, but personally I’d prefer something that’s just the basics of what I need. Got some other normal honey cough syrup from a standard brand and it tasted better, had a smaller dose, and didn’t have the food coloring.

Robitussin DM was always my go-to cough syrup. Trying to buy it locally the price is ridiculously high; even the generic versions are over priced. Am very happy with Amazon’s version.
