Paper Ream Packaging Damaged
We have bought from Amazon Basics many times before. We were disappointed that the paper arrived damaged on both sides of the ream. I only took a picture of a few of the reams, but they were all damaged. This makes our paper less protected from elements and could cause jamming of our copier.

Incredibly thin paper
I ordered this wondering how you could go wrong with paper but this paper is annoyingly thin. It sounds like a strange complaint for cheap printer paper, but it is so exceptionally thin that it is worth docking a star.

Gets the job done better than cheep copy paper.
Its not Hammermill but better that cheap copy paper, so some compromise on quality. The Paper is a nice white for school and home use. I would probably upgrade for business presentation use or anything you want high quality on. Good paper decent price.

My packages were open.
When I opened the shipping box, the two packs of paper and a box of Cortisone I ordered were all open. The paper is fine, but I’m not sure if I should use the Cortisone because it could have been tampered with. I’ve never had this happen before.

Good, dull paper.
This is exactly what it says on the label: printer paper that isn’t glossy or shiny. It’s worked just fine with my inexpensive printer and even has a good feel if you wind up writing on it with a pen – I’ve had no problems with it bleeding or smudging or anything like that.

Good for the money
This paper works well in my printer. I gave it a 4 star rating because the packaging was poor. I bought a 3 pack and alll three packs the glue didn’t hold on the wrapping so i had to fold and tape them back one pack was loose in the box but I just used that one first. All in all good paper for the buck..I will buy again hopefully the will correct the packaging

High quality paper. Low quality outside packaging.
This paper is very good. In my printer it’s great. HOWEVER, the outside paper that is supposed to contain it as a ream didn’t have enough glue and the box it was sent it was so big that when it arrived I had two open reams all scattered about across the box. It was chaos trying to get the paper into ream form again. What made it worse: I opened the box at the post office expecting the reams to be in tact (I bought two reams at once) so I could bring it home more easily. This was a nightmare as you might expect, especially as it was raining outside at the time too. Sometimes the packaging matters and in this case, it actually does. But once you actually get it out of the big shipping box — it’s very good paper.

When our only local office supply closed last year, I had to look elsewhere to order my office supplies. I’ve been using recycled paper for several years from various suppliers, so when I saw that Amazon Basics offered a recycled option I was eager to try it. I was a little concerned about some of the negative reviews, mainly the ones saying that it didn’t feed properly. I haven’t had ANY problems; it feeds perfectly for single sided and double sided printing. I use an Epson inkjet printer in my home office. The print quality is great, and the paper feels like a better quality than the last brand I used. I’m very pleased with this paper, and will definitely reorder when I need more!
