This Is My Brand!
I’m sure there are better reasons to choose certain brands of tissues than price and design, but I have a soft spot for generic tissue boxes at generic prices. I’m not being sarcastic, either. I like the plain boxes so much more than most others. Less visual noise than most tissue boxes. They aren’t the softest in the world, but they aren’t sandpaper, either. And while the cost of paper goods has skyrocketed, these are still a pretty good deal.

Not as soft- family not happy
So, I typically buy Puffs lotion. These were not a good replacement. There has been a revolt at my house with complaints about color of boxes (exactly as pictured), texture being too flimsy and too hard on nose. Will be donating boxes and feeling bad about that. Note, I thought they were not as good, but fine. Would not use if have a cold, but for less consistent need fine. I would not pick these colors completely by choice but there are uglier boxes and something I don’t like in every multipack.

These tissues are great for using as an occasional need but if you have allergies or a cold and need to use several a day for awhile, I would recommend getting the Amazons Basic tissue with LOTION. These are not very soft. I have never thought that was important until I got a cold and these were what I had. Just painful on a sore nose and surrounding area.

These tissues aren’t very soft. Very stiff compared to Kleenex and rip apart easily pulling out of tissue box holder. Not sure if I would purchase again. I only tried them out because they were cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not as soft as others
I switched from another brand with lotion to Amazon Basics with lotion. I was able to compare them side by side and there was a noticeable difference in softness. For myself, they were plenty soft however my mom is constantly wiping her nose and softness is paramount. So if you’re looking for value, these are decent with decent softness. If you’re looking for the softest, these are not the softest tissue.
