Good to have around
Versatile, it’s not quite as good and powerful as lugol’s iodine, but far cheaper. It’s still potent enough to reduce mosquito bite itches. It also probably will do to sterilize water, although that water would not be drinking water, but be more used for things such as brushing teeth. (Afaik, the povidone attached to the iodine prevents the iodine being absorbed effectively through skin, thus preventing large unhealthy doses of what is a trace mineral, and it’s related to vinyl or some other plastic).

No lid on IODINE bottle, just the foil seal, how lucky it didn’t leak all over the other items!How sure are we this hasn’t been tampered with?I’ll use my current bottles lid but not sure I’ll order it again if there’s a chance it can empty out in the packaging while being delivered.

Iodine
I ordered this after seeing the lady with the two pit bulls on Instagram use it on her pets paws. She uses a foam pump bottle, 3/4 water, about a tsb of doggy shampoo and maybe about a squirt of this. She shakes it up and uses to clean their paws. Not like an every day use, but if they have some bad scratches or cuts. Like an antiseptic. I have a very active dog who comes in with war wounds from attacking bushes so I decided to use it the same way she does and there’s been improvements with the areas clearing quicker. The quality seems to be good. I received a full container.

good product, but need to make sure bottles ship with caps not just safety seal.
Product is fine and of the good quality that I have come to know of Amazon brand, but my April 2023 bottle has No cap! It just came with the safety seal but no cap! Fortunately no leakage,but still I am not pleased. I have temporarily placed a shelf stable broth (or maybe it was milk) cap on it as it is about same size. But I dont know how long that will help. I plan to buy another bottle of different brand next time I am in the store or maybe I will try this again at a later date. I imagine the no cap issue will eventually resolve.Using this for a funky toe nail. Saw Dr Berg mention it for use on toe nail issues, so I figure I would give it a try. Why not? Cheap solution if it works. May update in few months if I notice any changes.

Missing cap
Mine came with just the safety seal and no white cap at all. I’ve had to find a random cap from another product that fits it, or I never would have been able to close it. The actual iodine seems fine, hard to mess that up. It’s a small container but I don’t typically need to use large amounts at a time so it’s fine for my needs.

BEWARE OF LEAKS!Product is fine but safety seal came loose under cap during transit and a portion leaked into the padded envelope it arrived in. Manufacturer needs to look into stronger seals and maybe shrink wrap cap. It also should be packed better and not loose in a bag.
