Amazon’s product is EXACTLY the same as higher priced Prevail in men’s guards. I’ve compared them side by side Only difference is Amazon is triple folded, Prevail folded in half, which may initially make the product fit differently.

Size and how it fi
My husband is 221 pounds and is about 5 Ft 6. Depends in XL is too snug. These fit better. I would love to try the next size up but i am afraid they might be too large. Wish yo could have a sample pack. They have helped my husband he wears them at night and it has helped him sleep better. I wish people would include in their reviews their weight and height it would help in making a decision as to what size to order. I think they are better then depends.
