Great for HR
I use these for employee HR files. It gives me lots of space to organize things in an easy to find manner and keeps everything clean. I love these files. They started getting popular with some of my employees as well for client files and we’ve begun ordering them for more complex litigation cases.

Good, Solid, Heavy Duty File Covers With 6 Brad Sections
Really necessary for legal work where several sections are needed for different uses. I use them for pleadings, first left side; correspondence, right side; then medical reports, then other reports, finally case law or other relevant matter that I want to have immediately ready, no messing around on a computer looking for that one report dated December 12, 2010 or whatever, it is all there with me. Survives power outages, battery crashes, someone misnaming a scanned document.For trial use, pleadings left side, cross exam questions right, depositions middle sections, and so on. These can be pretty hard to find in a brick and mortar store.The only drawback is that the cover is not coated with a clay/ink, so it absorbs ink and spilled liquids. Doesn’t matter to me though, but to others maybe.

Excellent for light to medium use
I used to use folders like these in the Navy. They are excellent for materials that are related and should be kept together. They are much easier to use than hanging folders with manila folders within them. I use them for income tax, medical records, etc. These folders are lighter than those I used to use but, since I don’t need to use them daily, they work just fine.

Great price!
I normally buy the brands “Smead” or “Universal”. This time I purchased the “Amazon Basics” brand because they were quite a bit less expensive. The quality of the Amazon Basics is not as good as others I have purchased. The material is thinner, but since I only use them twice per month as employee files, I hope they last at least a year. Each year I start a new file and file the old one away for future reference.

Not as good as I’d hoped.
These folders really need the keeper bars for the prongs to keep them closed and not letting loose of the paperwork held by the prongs.These will be ok if you are holding no more than 10 pages per section but beyond that you will most likely have a mess on your hands.

High Quality Construction
Very sturdy product that I believe will hold up quite well / long… my only wish (maybe for an update or similar products option) would be to have the label tabs in more than one location (meaning like 3 or more positions) as all the label tags are in the same spot. It’s not the end of the world but depending on your needs more tab placements to easier see the label would be nice… I would buy that product amazon… hint hint wink wink please and thank you…

couldn’t find locally, amazon to the school supply rescue
My kids’ school supply lists called for a number of these classification folders and for some reason, I could not find them at any local stores. Luckily Amazon had them and Amazon Basics, no less (meaning that it is a good value).The folders have a really sturdy exterior and are well made. Thanks Amazon Basics, keep it up and hopefully next year I can get all the school supplies I need for my kids.

Great way to stay a little bit more organized and an electronic era
In this age where everything is so electronic and all your records and things are stored online sometimes I prefer to keep things at my fingertips. So with these it’s got lots of tabs and so I can put all my medical testing in one I can put car repairs in one and car maintenance. I have one to track and monitor all dental. It’s really a nice way for me to put my hands on information when I have an appointment or review test results. I also use one for automobile for a warranty for my bumper to bumper It’s all in one place It’s exactly what I wanted.

2-divider classification folders
These folders can be quite expensive to buy at office supply stores. I don’t know why! I didn’t want to pay the big bucks at Office Depot and found this Amazon brand version made from recycled paper. They might be a tiny bit flimsier than the brand name version, but I think they will serve the purpose. I bought 20 folders which should last me a while. They arrived quickly.

Expensive but perfect
I grew up seeing and utilizing these at my dads law firm. As a Project Manager in construction I now use them to keep my subcontractors contracts, invoices, change orders, and communication organized. Each job has its designated color and then all subs for that job are that color. These are durable and quality.

Amazon basics has been doing a great job providing the same quality products you expect from a name brand at prices any budget can afford.Pros:Great priceIt worksIs very comparable to Smead pressboard productsCons:This is not a negative so much as room for improvement, some of the more expensive pressboard have encased fasteners that make them more durable and comfortable to open.The edge is not dyecut so it is not 100% smooth, leaving perforation lines. It really doesn’t bother me though.

These “Pressboard” file folders’ covers are not rigid pressboard — but they’ll do
The covers on these are the color of pressboard, but are not true pressboard, which should be rigid and buttery smooth. The covers are maybe just a thicker/sturdier than a standard file folder, and not at all rigid. That said, they do appear to be otherwise reasonably well constructed. If a true pressboard cover isn’t important to you, then these folders would be OK.

Excellent quality—a real lifesaver
After searching and searching and SEARCHING, it appears as though this is the ONLY place in the world where one can purchase classification folders without having to declare bankruptcy.These have made a universe of difference at my workplace. I had literally hundreds of papers floating around my desk, and I was starting to lose stuff. Not cool. I had been very concerned about not having enough space, but they have a ton of room to expand—more than I had anticipated. And there are 5 separate classifications provided, which is way better than you can find even for the ridiculous prices Staples is trying to charge for a similar product.The best part is they come in a dignified mint green color. These truly saved me from having to degrade myself by purchasing a 3-ring binder, and for that I will be eternally grateful.

It was a pack of 9, not pack of 10 as advertised
It’s a very basic classification folder, not as sturdy as a brand name, but good enough for general use. It says that it comes in a box of 10, but in my case, only came with a set of 9. There is no way to leave direct seller feedback as the seller is Amazon itself, so thought I’d just leave a review here. I would ask for a refund of 1/10 of the cost of the cost of the entire box since one folder was missing. Hopefully, this was an isolated issue but make sure you count the number of folders when they arrive!

Good starter set
These were recommended by an organizational guru. I’m sure his link gave him a kickback. However, they are preforming decent. The organizational guru was correct, this filing method for minimalization and minimalistic lifestyle is awesome, and work well. Overall, they are handling everything I throw at them in a home office setting, andI believe they will work for most offices that will not be using the folders everyday. For everyday use, high volume of handling each file, etc such as in trial prepwork, or design/layout phases of a project, you may wanna buy a beefier one, as these appear cheaper made than i expected.

Get your Projects Organized
These are great organizer folders. Many of my files are now paperless. But if you have something where you need to keep track of handouts, meeting minutes, or conversation logs… this is. It. A great place to keep all the working parts of your project in one spot… and filed when not in use. I do reuse these when I archive a project or file. You will need the special hole punch that matches the spindles to keep everything securely in place. I am currently acting as secretary for a non-profit board of Trustees, and I am using these to keep everything neatly in one place.
