They work, but these are not for long term or heavy use
As the title says, they work, but these are not for long term or heavy use.When grab one, the first thing that comes to mind is how FLIMSY they are. In my case, I just needed to get things organized quick fast and in a hurry, and so they well do. For the work folders that I’ll be pulling regularly…. I’ll have to find something else. After only a couple weeks of regular use they are already ripping, showing signs of significant wear, and pissing me off every time I open a folder and have to deal with a floppy middle section. In addition, I noticed that if the middle sections get too heavy, you have to be extra careful so you don’t have torn documents.They are cute though! A pretty color.

Personnel folders
The folders will be great for personnel files. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they are all cut the same. Therefore, in a file cabinet, they are harder to read.

I use them for client files that will have a large volume of information. I can put the most recent work in the front. I can refer back to older work in the same folder. Because they are heavy duty, they don’t fall apart.
