Guarantee Cellular ships to all states within the USA, its territories and military bases. All orders are processed on the next business day (excluding major and/or religious holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item(s) have shipped. You are responsible for all customs and VAT charges.

Guarantee Cellular will ship to PO BOXES through USPS.

Expedited shipping orders such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air must contain a valid physical home or business address. If ordered to a PO box or to any address that UPS will not deliver to, your order will ship with an alternate carrier, and you will be refunded the shipping fee and receive your order without expedited shipping.

Items purchased at Guarantee Cellular may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as arrived, including original packaging along with any accessories included in order.

Guarantee Cellular will credit the cost of the merchandise according to your method of payment. Guarantee Cellular will not issue a refund if this return policy is not strictly adhered to. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Guarantee Cellular in accordance with the conditions stated above.

For Canada or other international returns, the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required for return shipping will not be refunded. International orders are subject to the conditions as stated above.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Guarantee Cellular is not responsible for any consequential damages or any labor, material, freight or expense required to replace or repair the product.

Shipping Damages

If an item arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and notify Guarantee Cellular immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless we instruct you to do so. This is necessary to keep your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 7 days of the delivery date. Guarantee Cellular is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
