Answer:
When the user cannot verify the administrator’s fingerprint, the administrator password is forgotten, but the door lock is not deleted from the APP , and the phone is close to the door lock and directly connected to the door lock, click on the door lock in the APP—-3 dots in the upper right corner– –User management, re-add fingerprint or password;
if the APP has deleted the door lock, the door lock cannot be reset at this time, and the user needs to replace the front and rear panels at his own expense.
