Will fit a larger capacity trash can.
This is a well performing shredder, but not a cross shredder. It meets the needs of adjusting to a deeper trash can which allows more shredding before having to empty. Very Happy with this shredder!

Efficient and convenient
What a great little shredder. I appreciate that it handles multiple pages at a time. I processed a fairly large stack of documents before I felt heat building then simply gave it, and me a break. This is perfect for small space living.

Good shredder overheats quickly
This is actually a quality shredded for the price. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 would be it overheated and took some time to cool down before I could continue shredding. In the defense of the shredder I did have a garbage size bag full of papers to shred.

Great option for small household needs
I needed a small shredder for miscellaneous mail/forms and this has been great. It’s just the top part of the shredder, so it saves a ton of space and can be stored easily when I don’t need it. I added it to a box I had laying around and it worked perfectly. I’ll say the shreds aren’t super sharp, so I don’t think this would be the best option if you have a ton to shred, but for every day household stuff, it is great.

Works great for the price
So far this works great. It does get really hot after so many pages and needs a break. That’s the only downfall. It secured to my standard kitchen trash and only fell in once. It seems to struggle with cards, but I love the reverse option or force feed.

Does the job.
I like the fact that it is adjustable to fit different trash cans or tubs. It will do several sheets at a time and doesn’t get clogged up like my last one. I send the shreds to my local pet rescue for use in puppy and kitty cages.

Works great so far! Fits on top of my recycling bin and stores conveniently.
I wanted to shred a few financial documents but don’t need to have a shredder taking up space in my little home office all the time. Glad that I can just pop this little guy on top of my recycling bin and use it here and there. Super convenient and compact for my purposes. Hope it lasts! Will update if it stops working too soon or something.

Great for light shredding jobs
If you shred a lot of things and shred often, this is not the right shredder for your needs. You should invest in something that is more heavy duty, which would be more expensive.This shredder is lightweight and cheap and it shows. The extending bar feels like it’ll come off over time. The auto function has problems detecting paper if it isn’t straight. If you want continuous shredding you have to use the “credit card” option. The shredder stops right at the end of the paper which means that the pieces still hang and don’t fall into the trashcan/box/etc. That means before putting the shredder away you have to tear out whatever remains.As finicky as the everything was at first, I actually do like the shredder and learned to work around its flaws. I have a small space and don’t shred a whole lot (mostly receipts or address portion on mail). It shreds just fine, which is the most important thing. The blades are also covered at the bottom so you can actually pick this thing up without fear of cutting yourself. Still, be careful with children and don’t touch the thing when it’s on.

perfect for travel

Great Shredder
I like this shredder, i got this part only because having a bin attached to it docent make sense to me; When its time to empty the shredder bin you toss it in your regular garbage right? I find this so much better, I just place it over my original garbage and it does the Job. Its easy to carry around if needed and to store away. The card part of the shredder got dull after shredding 4 cards, but it still works. I Would definitely buy again and recommend to friends and family

This is a great purchase. I like the ease of use, it’s not too loud and it does what it should. This is a good shredder for home use. Though it only shreds in onedirection, my next purchase will be one that cuts both ways. I did have a small problem, when I reached out to the company using the warranty, the customer service was great as well. Simple easy to use and cute! It heats up a bit after a while but not to bad. A little weighted but not as heavy as most shredders. It doesn’t get jammed easily however I would suggest taking it slow with spam credit card company mail. Easy to empty and a good size like half an arms length without pulling out the exterior

Nice and compact
I’m liking this paper shredder just fine. I wanted something inexpensive and compact. Just throw it onto your waste bin (it adjusts to widths), turn on and it will shred up to 5 or 6 sheets, but I just put in about 3. It has many buttons for other functions if you get it clogged or need to reverse. It shreds plastic credit cards and supposedly CDs although I don’t need to shred any CDs. It’s not super loud, but any shredder is going to make noise. I love the fact you can just put it away on a shelf when not using and handy to reach for to do some shredding. I don’t miss taking my papers to the bank or UPS to shred. And I didn’t want to spend $80 to $100 on those larger ones that have attached bins. There are maintenance sheets you can buy too when you need to treat/oil the metal parts in it. Overall a nice little shredder if you don’t have humongous amounts to shred. It shreds in straight strips (not cross shreds), but that’s no issue with me. You can make a lot of confetti if you like or use the paper strips to fill boxes or Easter baskets, etc. I was going to buy the small hand-cranked shredder for half the price, but I truly think I wouldn’t have liked it as the reviews and comments posted the issues with it. Recommend this shredder.

Honestly, works suprisingly well
Solid little shredder. It fits perfectly over my trash can and can easily be tucked away for storage. I haven’t shredded any cards yet, but it managed five pieces of paper at once. I don’t feel strongly enough about it to give it five stars, but I’m not sure I’m shredding enough to even know what a five star shredder would be. Buy it if you occasionally need to shred.

Perfect for small jobs
Paper shredders can be really expensive and large. I just needed it to shred bills and other sensitive documents I was throwing out. I just sit it on top of my recycling container in my kitchen and feed the papers in. It works great and doesn’t take up much space (I just put it away in a cabinet when I’m not using it). If you do lots of shredding, you’d want a big one but for just average family use, it fine.

Great for home use, not for PII work use
I am giving a 5 star review on something I am returning… weird, but hear me out.I went by some reviews that said the strips were really small, they are not. I’ve always used cross cut machines because I deal with personal identifying information and confidentiality is required. I figured this would be perfect with small strips for docs that need to be shred when on the go. It’s not. I have too many pages that potentially need to be shred to take the time to put strips in an envelope, try to figure the right width, then shred again, as some have suggested. The size reminds me of every TV show and movie that shows people piecing shreddings together to get information on the bad guy or to get government secrets or to defraud someone.So why 5 stars? This little guy is great for people who want to use it for home use like shredding old bills or junk mail. It is the lightest weight shredder I’ve ever held. It’s amazing! I was so excited when I took it out of the box! I am not even kidding. I could easily toss it in my bag and it adds less weight than my full 32oz water bottle.It is surprisingly quiet. Instead of it sounding like it is grinding wood or metal, it zips the paper thru quietly. Great if you are someone who has to go to clients.The strips are a decent size, but as noted above, they are still thick enough to see enough info where they can be easily pieced together.No basket, as indicated, but it expands to fit over many size trash bins, or even to reuse and old shredder basket when the unit died (like my desktop did). But without the basket, it is super easy to tuck it away without taking up a bunch of space.I wish it had worked for me because I really did love so much about it, but there is no way I can go with strips that big.
