Great for acid reflux sufferers! No painful mint stomach/throat burn!
Unfortunately, I had to stop using the liquid gel/typical Gas-X capsules, as, due to constant acid reflux, I eventually realized that some of the searing pain I was ending up with after eating, was not because of what I was eating, but, because of the mint Gas-X liquid gels I was taking after some of those meals.As soon as I found and tried these, I panicked, and like, most OTC things that had worked for me in the past that had been discontinued, I immediately bought 4 boxes, expecting them to vanish in the next few months. Thankfully, they haven’t.These have worked so well when I am feeling like crap due to gas or a combination of acid reflux and gas, I don’t have to brace myself for the searing burn just to relieve one, and make the other 10x worse.Another plus is that the taste is very mild, and not offputting at all like some OTC medication brands who make the flavors so strong you wonder what in the world is in it, or how someone can consciously take it while not feeling well.

a lot of pills for not too much money
The taste isn’t so bad at first but it gets a bit old after taking everyday. But there’s worse flavored medications out there I assure u. It works some of the time imo. Sometimes It helps with the odor and other times it helps with the frequency but it’s really a hit or miss.I’m trying to pinpoint what the diff is between occasions. Might be carbonated beverages or the bipap machine or just a medical problem. I’m getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy done soon and will hopefully have more answers and if it shines a light on anything I’ll be sure to share it.As for whether to buy or not it’s really up to you. It’s not too expensive so if it doesn’t work for you then your not at too much aloss and if it does its totally worth it. I won’t say don’t buy it. Sorry couldn’t be more help.I still have 1.5 packets I’ll let u know if there’s any new info as well. As I said it’s got a good amt for ur money at least. I take 1 a day in the morning maybe I should take two and it might be more effective. Again I’ll try to update anything new.

My husband has used this Gas X extra strength for years. I was getting so much gas pain at night he had me take a couple. With in 5 mins I could tell they were starting to work as the gas pressure started to subside some. By 15-20 mins I had no gas pains and was able to fall asleep. They are easy to chew, taste good (got the cherry flavor). I love that they are packaged in bubble packages. Which make it ready to toss a package in my purse so they are always available if needed. I have now been using them for a couple yrs. They are a staple in our medicine cubboard!
