The bag is fine. It’s visually attractive, though there are certain design flaws (the strap clasps can catch on the bag and scratch the leather) and the stitching leaves something to be desired.
The customer service is a real problem. The bag arrived with a number of old plastic bags stuffed into it, suggesting to me that little to no attention had been paid to it’s presentation. And when my partner tried to contact the seller re a problem she was having with her bag, the seller was extremely rude. There are certainly better sellers out there.

It is really strange that u think that we don’t care about presentation of our products.
The plastics inside are not old and they are just to keep the bags shape during the transport which shows that we care about how u received it.
And the bag same as all of our bags was wrapped as we shown in picture.
About the custom service I didn’t understand were i was rude. U asked a question about how attach the backpack strap and I completely answered you. If it was possible i would have post a shot screen from our conversation here so every body could see.
But If you were unsatisfied with your purchase, why u never contact us for a return and full refund???

The bag I received was a defect item, and their customer service is even worse.
When I receive the bag and try to hook on the shoulder strap, the side buckle came right off becos the buckle was not properly screwed in, and the screws were nowhere to be found. And there are deep scratches on another buckle and leather.
Also, the two snap-in closures should come with a key. But they didn’t give me the key.
I contacted the seller. They told me to take the bag the repair shop, and they will bear the cost. So I travel downtown and spent the whole day finding repair shops. But all 3 shops told me they didn’t have the right screw.
I was frustrated, so offered the seller to send me the screws, and perhaps give some discount, since it was their fault. However, he implied that I made the whole thing up. I eventually receive the scr
