Saltier than I prefer
I only use one a day as my dentist cautioned against more than that because of what it can do to enamel. I like all the flavors, but because of the higher sodium content, I balance it with a green powder and that makes it more palatable.

Makes it easy to drink water
I bought these supplements at my son’s recommendation. He has been into CrossFit for years and eats much healthier than I do. I needed a way to drink to help myself drink 80 to 100 ounces of water a day to counteract possible dehydration. The LMNT adds electrolytes, like sodium, magnesium, and potassium, to your household or bottled water. Your body loses many of these electrolytes when sweating from working out, cleaning up around the house, or cutting grass. I have a 40 oz HydroFlask that I add a little ice, fill with water, and pour two sticks of LMNT into the flask to make a delicious drink that is healthy for you. Compared to a 32 oz Gatorade, this approach is a little more expensive, but the taste is much better. I bought a pack with four flavors: Citrus Salt, Raspberry Salt, Orange Salt, and Watermelon Salt. So far, I have had Citrus Salt and Watermelon Salt, which are delicious. It has changed how I feel about getting my daily water intake. Something that I will buy again and again to use at my house.

For me anyway. Water alone was not solving dehydration symptoms like muscle cramps in legs and so forth. These seem to stop them within 30 minutes when I mix a half packet in a large bottle of water.

I was getting headaches after playing tennis in the heat. The salt and minerals in this has controlled this. Giving me an energy boost while playing and keeps me hydrated

Salty y’all
I bought these for hiking. I always put one pouch in one liter of water. They dissolve super easy. They are super salty, which is kinda the point. But they are more salty than other electrolytes I’ve had before. Overall I think they do their job – I always feel hydrated and energized when I bring these in my hike. This variety pack is nice so you can try different flavors. I prefer them in cold water, but they still taste ok in warm water (not delicious but not terrible).I’ve also seen people use these in other recipes like electrolyte gummy bears! Haven’t tried it yet, but sounds fun!

Great for outdoorsman
My husband does tree work, we live in SC, it’s been a crazy hot summer. He loves these drinks and mixes because he gets muscle cramps so bad from losing so much sweat, he can tell these drinks help. Definitely recommend for those who sweat all day.

Great value for the price
Tastes great. Working in the Texas heat you lose a lot of what your body doesn’t need in sweat. LMNT replenishes the stuff you do need. I use one daily and can say that every time I drink one I feel better within minutes. My friend let me try these two weeks ago and I’ve been drinking them ever since.

I’ve tried so many water enhancers with electrolytes in them, and I don’t think I’ve liked the taste of any of them nearly as much as I enjoyed this one. This is my favorite. I would definitely recommend it over liquid IV.

I bought these to toss in my hydro pack for longer hikes. This is my favorite electrolyte supplement I’ve ever used. Outstanding taste. Not a bad flavor to pick from. Great product. Do not underestimate the value of a good electrolyte supplement when you are sweating heavily and exerting yourself. I’m 240 pounds and sweat like I’m being wrung out on longer hikes. These make a huge difference for me.

If you are getting hot at work needing to drink a few bottles of water each day, you really should be hydrating properly and this stuff works and is tasty too. Worth the extra cost of flavored water drink mixes!

Just what I needed.
Years ago they used to tell us to get plenty of salt because we lived in an extremely hot climate and often get soaked in sweat and I mean really soaked. Now the docs say to cut out salt because it causes you to bloat up and increases your blood pressure. Maybe this is true. In my case, this product has eliminated my leg cramps and has not affected my blood pressure at all. I only use it when I have been sweating a lot and no more than one per sweaty day. My body must crave salt because I think this product is delicious at its most salty concentration. I love the variety of flavors too.

It takes some getting used to and figuring out how salty you want it. I use a full 32oz of water so it’s not so salty. But I now crave one every day. It dissolves easily if you put the powder in first and give it all a shake before you drink it.

Mixed Review
Here was my use case. I run 7-8 miles at a time and when it’s hot I lose so much salt that salt crystals are caked on my face after the sweat dries. Figured I’m losing too much salt so I bought this product. I consumed this running on a hot day and I became very dehydrated (thankfully wasn’t a full pack) which made my run way worse. Spent all night/evening drinking water to flush the salt out. For my use case, not a fan. I’d recommend people be careful w this product. There is a reason you don’t drink seawater when you’re thirsty and stuck on a boat in the ocean. Giving it 3 stars because it could be useful to sprinkle a small amt (not the full pack!) into water in the morning for electrolytes. UPDATE: changing my review to 4 stars. I was on a hike that was long and extremely difficult on a hot day. I had mismanaged my electrolytes and was getting cramping all over my body, mostly in my legs. A woman gave me a packet of LMNT and we assumed the likely cause of the cramps was a lack of sodium. She was right, LMNT erased my muscle cramps. After reading NIH research later, it turns out the salt water was using heavily by miners in the early 1900s to cure muscle cramping (there is a ton of research on it). As a result, I’m now a believer in LMNT for long, very difficult workouts in the heat. Unless the workout is longer than an hour, I don’t think LMNT is needed.

Staple if you are doing carnivore
I saw a bunch of carnivore influencers talking about this product and thought they were only doing it because it was a paid advertisement. About a week into my carnivore journey, I felt awful. Finally broke down bought these electrolyte packets. GAME CHANGER!! After a couple days of adding them into my daily routine, I felt so much better. A friend of mine isn’t doing carnivore but takes these daily (first thing in the morning) and she has winged herself off of coffee. Definitely a game changer for me. A little pricey, but worth it.
