I tried it to see the difference between the powder and the syringes.if you want to get real result go for the syringes.the powder is just an addition to have.just dip your toothbrush into it and brush for 5 minutes and rinse.very easy to use.does not hurt the gums.no bad taste.if your teeth are mostly white use the powder a couple of time a week.yellow teeth go for the the syringes for faster result
