1. Are you a factory or just trading company? Where are you located?

We are top 10 manufacturer and key supplier of Chinese government for public fitness projects.

Our factory is located at Puwa Industrial Park, Yanshan county, Cangzhou city, Hebei Province, China.

We are very close to the Tianjin Port, and is convenient for transportation.

2. What guarantee shall we get, if to cooperate with your company?

You will get at least 2 years of guarantee. If there are quality problem within the guarantee period, we will offer free products and customer service immediately.

So far, we haven’t ever received the quality problem feedback. The service life of our equipment is at least 8 years.

3. How many types of outdoor equipment does your company manufacture? If you offer ODM service.

So far we have nearly 1000 types of outdoor equipment including normal galvanized steel series, WPC series, intelligent series, with shelter series, basketball stand, table tennis table, new stypes, etc.

Yes we offer OEM and ODM service. Our design team will support us for your customize requirement.

4. How long will I get my goods?

Our delivery time is usually 15-30 days. The shipping time depends on where you are.

5.Can we visit your factory?

6. Can you do door to door delivery?

Yes, we can do most trade terms, including FOB, CNF, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. We have rich experience on foreign trade processing. We will choose the reliable and professional forwarder and try our best to save cost for you.
