If this works well
I bought this family to compare it to the higher price product and it was good but it didn’t compare to the higher price product but the higher price product is way higher and I can’t afford that so I will probably use this product and just use it more often. But I like both of them and I like the pricey product much better. Without mentioning brands

Nice. Good for dry skin.
I replace my Aquaphor $18 product with this. So nice. No smell. Not sticky or gooey. I use on my hands, feet and under eyes. Still pricey at $11.

Very oily
I purchased this because many reviews said it was like aquaphor. It is not. It’s more like vasaline. Works alright, just prefer aquaphor

Not as good as an alternative as I hoped it would have been to other name brand
I’ve used the name brand Aquaphor for a while, and absolute love the product but it is pricy. When this alternative came out, I had hoped it would save the almost $10 price difference, but the consistency of this healing ointment is not as thick as the Name Brand (which was initially a god thing) but it’s okay: It’s not as oily on your skin, and absorbs a lot more into the skin, so seems like more petroleum jelly may be added to this alternative. And to be honest, I didn’t even really get to the half point of this jar, just tried to use of using this product, till I just decided to keep this one under my sink to use as the backup, and ended up placing an order for name brand Aqupahor. I give it 3 stars for still being a good backup in case the other wasn’t on sale or in stock.

Just like aquaphor
This product is the same as aquaphor but for a fraction of the price. I’m very pleased with the quantity i received. It doesn’t smell and is just as smooth and thick as the name brand products. You can’t tell the difference.

Works great!
Why waste the money on aquaphor when you can get this for 1/4 of the cost?!? It’s the same product! It is scent-free. It’s a large tub, no pump. Not sticky. The “greasy” feeling soaks in very quickly. It’s excellent on rough feet. I use it every night and have hardly made a dent in it. Great value!!!!

Surgical wound healer
Had surgery and was told to use this to help with scar! I am happy with my results and provider said I am ahead of healing process! Keep doing what I am doing! So so happy with results. No smelly lotion or medicine smell. It is an ointment so is greasy but it will soak right into your skin. Does not leave oil stains on clothes! It is smooth going on! Works great

This oily product seems to last forever. It debrides and protects treated skin.
I use this product after the product I also evaluated, which I describe as the skin healing factor, and follow that with this product which debrides, moisturizes, and protects the skin. It is very thick, so it lasts a very long time before needing to reorder. Amazon thinks the word “debride” is misspelled. Look it up Amazon! The word “debride” does exist.

It’s Fine. Weird But Fine.
This stuff works but it isn’t as nice as some more expensive name brands. It is somehow chunky and watery at the same time. Fortunately, the chunks get watery with body heat. My son doesn’t seem to mind this over his name brand diaper cream.

Decent, but not close to Aquaphor
A lot of the reviews say this is just the same as Aquaphor, but it isn’t. The consistency is very different. This is much thinner and more “oily” than Aquaphor. Even though the ingredients are identical, you can see from the comparison photo that this is a different formula. That said, if you want something that is not as thick as Aquaphor, you may prefer this. It is not a bad product, just don’t expect an Aquaphor clone.

excellent to keep senior skin from dryness
My dermatologist recommended a petroleum jelly based ointment to protect my over-70 skin from dryness/flakiness. This product works very well when applied all over just after my shower. Very happy with the result. I have used it now for 2+ years.

Absolutely worth it !
I’ve got extremely dry skin because I’ve a thyroid disorder and it literally drains all of the moisture out of my skin and I’ve tried so many products that’s it’s ridiculous ! So when I saw this one I thought one more product that probably won’t work but I’m going to try it anyway and I was so surprised it’s the best one that I’ve found so far and might I say that it’s half the price of the “ so called best brands ever “ so believe me when I say it’s worth every penny ! I also have cracked heels and I put this on them at night time and I was amazed at how it worked wonders for my feet in a short length of time I will be ordering it again !

Works as good as name brand!
The media could not be loaded.
This works identically to the name brand but it is half the price. There is no pump. It is thick since it’s an ointment so you need to rub it in thoroughly. Absorption can be slow so be patient. Once it finally dries, it is extra moisturizing and leaves skin feeling extra soft.

Best one out there
I love this. Some reviewers say it’s thin. That’s why I love. It spreads so much easier and it’s easier to smooth on your skin. It absorbs very quickly and it actually is non-greasy. It’s just wonderful for all over the body.

Not as pasty as Auqaphor
I bought this hoping it would be pretty close in texture to Auqaphor. It is more like petroleum jelly. It starts to melt right away as soon as it hits the skin. Aquaphor stays in a more solid state when applying. I could have just bought petroleum jelly and saved a little. Worth a try. Nothing negative to say other than its not as thick as I would have thought with both labels active ingredient 41% petrolatum.
